The Legal Commission is composed of three specialized members of the field. The Legal Commission aims to provide legal opinions on draft regulations, draft decisions, and the examination of other issues presented at POB. It also provides legal opinions on matters reviewed by the IDC when their nature requires expertise that limits the personnel dealing with legal issues to providing a comprehensive opinion, according to the investigation regulation. The Legal Commission offers legal advice to the Commissions and other administrative bodies established within POB, etc.
