Mr.Teit Gjini - Member, Certified Auditor, member of the IEKA assembly
The main objective of this activity was to increase participants' knowledge regarding audit quality assurance systems through presentations and discussions on key principles of audit oversight and quality assurance system processes.
The issue of audit quality remains essential for public trust in auditing. While the implementation of audit quality is in various stages in the participating countries in both programs, concerns persist, both for audits falling below satisfactory standards and for the pace of improvement. It was further concluded that there is significant interest in initiatives to enhance audit quality.
