On 3 February 2023, a Bilateral Meeting for Chapter 6 "Legislation for Commercial Companies" took place in Brussels, between the representative delegation of the Public Oversight Board and experts from the Council of Europe Delegation.
The Chairman of the Public Oversight Board, Mr. Dritan Fino, together with Ms. Erjola Vejzati, the Executive Director of the Public Oversight Board, and Ms. Klea Rodhani, Legal Affairs Specialist, participated in the bilateral meeting for Chapter 6 "Legislation for Commercial Companies" as part of the negotiation process for the country's integration into the EU.
During this meeting, the status of alignment with legislation for financial reporting and auditing was presented, as well as the planned strategies to further harmonize with the requirements of the #acquis Communautaire.
