Professional Skills Examination Commission (PSEC)
The Professional Skills Examination Commission (PSEC) is established and operates under the Public Oversight Board, with the purpose of organizing and conducting examinations within the framework of the final professional skills test for candidates for Statutory Auditor and Approved Accountant. This commission is composed of five (5) members and is responsible for implementing the examination procedures, ensuring a fair, transparent process in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Currently, the commission is composed of the following members:

- Elton Tirana (Member)
- Ilda Duhanxhiu (Member)
- Fatmir Berdica (Member)
- Matilda Shehu (Member)
Enhancing public confidence in the quality of financial reporting and creating a transparent and well-supervised environment regarding the services provided by accounting professionals and the role of professional organizations subject to oversight.
