The Public Oversight Board has taken Decision No. 16 dated 28.05.2020,, a disciplinary measure in the amount of ALL 300,000 for the statutory auditor A.Ç / the legal entity in which he operates, following the finding of a violation of the provisions of point 2, Article 42, of Law 10091, amended, pursuant to Law No. 10091, dated 05.03.2009 "On statutory audit, organization of the profession of statutory auditor and certified accountant", as amended, and the supporting regulatory framework.

The Public Oversight Board has taken Decision No. 17, dated 28.05.2020,a disciplinary measure in the amount of ALL 300,000 for the statutory auditor E.B./the legal entity in which he operates, following the finding of a violation of the provisions of point 2, Article 42, of Law 10091, amended, pursuant Law No. 10091, dated 05.03.2009 "On statutory audit, organization of the profession of statutory auditor and certified accountant", as amended, and the supporting regulatory framework.

The Public Oversight Board has taken Decision No. 19, dated 28.05.2020,a disciplinary measure in the amount of ALL 300,000 for the statutory auditor H.B., following the finding of violation of the provisions of point 2, Article 42, of Law 10091, as amended, in the implementation of Law No. 10091, dated 05.03.2009 "On statutory audit, organization of the profession of statutory auditor and certified accountant", as amended, and the supporting regulatory framework.
